As it's secret government work (modeling/building a aircraft carrier that needs 1/10th the crew), you'd need to be able to get clearance. If you're in NYC, there's several ways to get to Boston, all of which take about 4 hours: car, train, high-speed train, airplane, and bus. Cheapest is the "Chinatown Bus," though Fung Wah's equipment & drivers are not top shelf (but hey, it's only $10).
