    If I collect a bunch of etrogim from yeshiva buddies, could you help me turn it into liquor? I’m not talking about “submerge etrog in vodka, wait, vodka will now taste of etrog” I’m refering to what I guess would be homebrew.

    Can help, yes.
    Even have some supplies.
    But you’ll need to find where to purchase good yeasts as I haven’t found anywhere that supplies proper brewer’s yeast (I haven’t really looked in a while).
